Free Features:

Many of our core features are available free of charge with no strings attached.

Premium Features:

• Some applications offer optional premium features available through subscription

• All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store

• Pricing is displayed in your local currency within the App Store

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings

Refunds:

All purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Use the Services only for their intended purpose

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Services

• Not use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services

• Not impersonate others or provide false information

Enforcement:

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your access to the Services, without prior notice.

Our Property:

Your License:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We Do Not Warrant That:

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANNOVA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Data Loss:

Our applications store data locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Core Privacy Commitments:

• Your data stays on your device—we use local storage, not cloud servers
